Qualitative and quantitative research is a cornerstone of our work. High quality research is critical to clarify the extent and scope of issues, and determine whether the project’s goals and objectives are realistic and achievable.
Lechelt Group may conduct or commission research as the basis for a gap analysis, current state assessment, or knowledge and opinion baseline. Our specialty is qualitative studies to determine the depth and magnitude of stakeholder opinion. We use this information to identify key players and issues behind each change initiative: influencers, change champions and detractors, as well as the group's political sensitivities and inter-professional nuances.
We typically design and conduct our own qualitative studies, and call on a network of research vendors for quantitative data collection and analysis.
