Working with physicians and other professionals to plan for health system change.
Managing research projects to understand what drives health professionals to practice and interact as they do.
Helping to establish the first primary care networks in Alberta.
Using research to determine what patients and the public expect from their health system, and why they use the system in certain ways.
Researching and writing clinical practice guidelines for physicians.
Developing communication tools and resources (websites, public awareness campaigns, media relations tools, education initiatives) to build relationships and influence audiences.
